Balasubramanya K S is a seasoned Product Leader with over 22 years of relevant experience. He is currently the Director of Product Management at MergerWare, a company that aims to disrupt traditional M&A processes by simplifying and streamlining complex post-merger integration and M&A deal management using automated workflows, configurable playbooks, integrated reporting, and financial tracking. Balasubramanya is responsible for driving the product strategy and roadmap at MergerWare, helping to deliver value to customers. He also works closely with customers on their onboarding journey, building long-lasting relationships and creating a culture that puts customers at the center of everything they do. Prior to joining MergerWare, Balasubramanya held various leadership positions at SAP and TRX Technologies India Pvt Ltd. He has a strong background in IT and delivery management. Balasubramanya holds a BE in Electrical Engineering from UVCE and has completed an Executive General Management & Leadership Programme for Senior Indian Executives (ILPSIE) from INSEAD. He also holds an EMBA in Product Leadership from the Institute of Product Leadership. Balasubramanya's tech stack includes product management and integration, and he is passionate about helping companies improve their corporate development and M&A integration activities to achieve better processes and higher realized synergies.
